Lady Marie Stubbs Launches A NEW Electronic Book On Home-Fitness For Women Of 50 And Over.
Banbury, Oxfordshire (PRWeb) June 14, 2007 -- Lady Stubbs and Jason Paris are delighted to tell readers that their first e-book on home-fitness is ready to download.
Launching the book "Trim and Tone at Home", Lady Stubbs said, "This new venture is the result of feed-back from all you women who want to tone up and trim in the comfort of your own home, either with friends or by yourself. Jason and I have had fun creating it with you in mind and we have worked with photographer, Roy Kilcullen, to ensure that you can see me doing all the moves and following Jason's instructions carefully.

The book, which runs to 60 pages, is written in a clear and easy-to-follow style and has many illustrations including the 112 exercise photographs referred to above. The book builds on work done already by Lady Stubbs and Jason. In November last year, they launched a new website with advice to women of 50 and over on nutrition, exercise and how to become and stay fit. Written in an easy style, the site has a user-friendly menu, is being added to all the time and contains a regular newsletter focusing on topical issues. It seeks to simplify and demystify some of the concepts related to healthy eating, exercise and fitness issues. Marie Stubbs is the best selling author of "Ahead of the Class", she lectures on transformational leadership, and writes and works on radio and television. She enjoys helping out with her eight grandchildren, reading, theatre, cooking and travelling. Keeping fit for all these activities is a must at any age.
Jason makes sure that she continues to be trim and toned. He is a keen, experienced personal trainer. He holds a Diploma in Personal Training and is a member of REPS L3, Advanced Instructor.
